We Are Looking for a Super Star. A well-established large and quiet HOA property with gorgeous landscaping in Memorial Area has an immediate opening for a Property Manager. Must be professional, energetic and have at least 5 years of relevant HOA property management experience. Proficiency in PC and knowledge of MS Office products is a must   Bi-lingual and knowledge of Word Press is a plus. Right candidate will have excellent people skills in order to communicate with residents and Board members and participate in planning of social activities.  Attend all Board and annual meetings. Prepare and distributes notices of meeting, agenda and minutes of meeting. Administer all procedures relating to enforcement of rules and regulations.  Also, be able to effectively manage office, maintenance and landscaping personnel on a daily basis.  Benefits and Health Insurance.
